Exodus 17:3-4 King James Version (KJV)
3 And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?
4 And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me.
Exodus 17:3-4 New Century Version (NCV)
3 But the people were very thirsty for water, so they grumbled against Moses. They said, “Why did you bring us out of Egypt? Was it to kill us, our children, and our farm animals with thirst?”
4 So Moses cried to the LORD, “What can I do with these people? They are almost ready to stone me to death.”

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
3 They constantly whine to Moses and complain even though God has met their needs every time Moses went to God for them, we often act the same way they do though, neglecting what God has blessed us with for what we want.
4 The people constantly turned against Moses but, Moses would not give up on the people, he kept going to the Lord. Often times serving the Lord wont be easy but we constantly need to go to Him and He will pull us thru it.
